So spring is coming! Few days off and there will be only green grass , colorful flowers and all stuff like this. By this time slowstyle should be improved in our live!Just prepare bikes, longboards and ... go! On the other hand you can start running - you need no equipment - just shoes, maybe tracksuit (running naked is not so good idea - trust me :) ). Download pedometer or other aplications , turn your music on ( i reccommend this one - perfect for people who just want to run and run. One important tip - first training shouldn't exceed more than 1 km - remember you have to come back to your home! I'm running every... hmm all in all i try to run 3 times a week maybe ;) but this is great feeling!
